Cookies, fonts and embedded content
We do not use advertising or remarketing trackers on our website. Our site runs on beehiiv, which sets the cookies listed below.
Essential cookies keep you logged in to STACKED MARKETER PRO, remember your cookie choice and protect the site against bots and abuse. They are needed for the site to work, so they do not need consent.
Analytics cookies let beehiiv count visits and see which pages and posts are read. They are only set if you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Customize button in the banner, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Fonts. We serve our own fonts from our own domain (fonts.stackedmarketer.com), so loading them does not send your data to anyone else. beehiiv's platform also declares the same fonts from Google Fonts. On some pages, mainly ones that contain emoji or uncommon symbols, your browser may therefore fetch a font file from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. We rely on our legitimate interest in displaying the site correctly, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. See Google's privacy policy.
Embedded posts. Some articles embed posts from X (Twitter) or Bluesky. When such a page loads, your browser connects to that platform, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. If you are logged in there, the platform can link the visit to your account. Their privacy policies apply: X and Bluesky.
Emails. Our emails contain a tracking pixel and tracked links, so we can see whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. Many email apps let you block images, which also blocks open tracking.
4.

Sponsors never receive your personal data from us. They get aggregate numbers only, such as total opens and clicks.
Transfers outside the EU. Where a provider processes data in the USA or another country outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework if the provider is certified, or otherwise by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5.
How long we keep data
Newsletter subscription and email activity: until you unsubscribe, or until we remove you after a long period of not opening or clicking. After that we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never email you again by mistake.
Survey answers: as long as you are subscribed.
STACKED MARKETER PRO account: as long as your membership runs, plus up to 12 months to handle renewals, refunds and support.
Invoices and payment records: 7 years, as Austrian tax law requires (§ 132 BAO).
Sponsor inquiries: like other emails, they stay in our mailbox as message history. If we work together, contracts and invoices follow the 7-year rule.
Emails you send us, including replies to our newsletters: they stay in our mailbox as our message history with you. We do not delete them on a schedule. Ask us and we will delete them, unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.
Website server logs: kept by our providers for short periods, usually a few weeks.
