Three Claude visuals that turn your numbers into faster decisions
In this issue
See your new homepage in 3 working days, before you pay anything

Hiring a web agency usually works like Married at First Sight: you commit first and meet the result months later.
Spectrum IT, our in-house dev team, flips the order: they build your homepage first, and you decide after.
Send what you already have, like your website, Instagram, Google Maps listing, or a few phone photos. Then you get:
- A custom homepage built from your material
- A private link within 3 working days
- No cost and no card
Like it? They build the rest of your site. Not for you? You owe nothing.
Wondering who’s building it? The same team rebuilt STACKED MARKETER’s setup, moving three newsletters, paid memberships, and our website onto one simpler system.
Our running costs dropped by about $20,000 a year.
Only 15 drafts are still open this round, one per business, and sending takes two minutes.
Claim your free homepage draft before they’re gone.
Your data sits across ten different tabs. Your insights hide in yet another slide deck.
Sound familiar?
Claude just rolled out two new features that turn numbers and ideas into visuals you can use right away.
- Claude Dashboards builds interactive dashboards from questions you ask in plain English.
- Claude Motion turns reports and written descriptions into short animations. Neither one needs a line of code.
We found three ways to put them to work in marketing right now. Here they are.
Animated Sales Reports: the report that tells the story for you

Even great results get lost in a table full of numbers.
So instead of sending leadership yet another slide deck, we can build a 60-second sales recap. Claude Motion animates the charts, numbers and captions, and the result feels much closer to a polished explainer than a standard internal presentation.
Here’s why that matters. Motion builds the animation from editable code, not a realistic video from a video model. So if one number is off, we fix that number without regenerating the whole thing from scratch.
Do it now:
- Prepare your data: Attach a quarterly report with revenue, margin, sales growth and a few key takeaways.
- Choose Motion: In Claude, open Output → Motion, or pick the Motion template under Artifacts.
- Design the narrative: Ask for a 60-second video in 16:9 format with three scenes: results, changes vs. the previous period, and recommendations.
- Refine the details: Ask Claude to shorten the captions or stretch out the chart animation. Then check that every number matches the source report.
- Export the MP4: Once it’s ready, drop it into a board presentation or a weekly business recap.
Use our prompt and adapt it to your needs:
Transform this financial report into a visually stunning, executive-level motion graphics video for a US audience. The final result should look like a professionally produced corporate financial explainer from a high-end motion design studio — not an animated PowerPoint presentation [read more…]

Marketing Command Center: all your channels in one view
Meta Ads shows a great ROAS. Google Ads looks just as good. The only problem? Add up the sales each one reports, and sometimes you end up with more revenue than your store actually made.
That happens when several platforms take credit for the same orders. Claude Dashboards can help us build a single view of ad spend, revenue, CPA and ROAS. But first, we need to bring the data together.
Skip that step, and we get a beautiful dashboard that misleads us just as well as the platforms do. For this example, we’ll use BigQuery, Google’s cloud data warehouse, as our central data hub.
Playbook:
- Connect your sources: Pull your Google Ads and Facebook Ads data into BigQuery. Bring in Shopify orders with an available connector (currently in preview).
- Clean up your data: Build a unified view by date, channel and campaign. Account for currencies, refunds and order IDs.
- Define your attribution: Match sales to campaigns with UTMs or your chosen attribution model. Don’t just add up the conversions both platforms report.
- Connect BigQuery to Claude: Add it as a data source through Connectors and select Output → Dashboards. Then ask Claude to show ROAS, CPA, revenue and ad spend by channel, campaign and week.
Pro tip: Not using BigQuery? Export your Meta Ads, Google Ads and Shopify data as CSV files and upload them to Claude.
Prefer your own infrastructure? Keep the data on your server and give Claude access through an MCP connector, an integration that lets Claude read data straight from your systems. That way, we can analyze performance without setting up an entire BigQuery environment.

Anomaly & Trend Explorer: spot problems before they grow
Your store’s overall conversion rate looks stable. But what if conversions are dropping in one country?
That’s easy to miss in a report full of averages.
With Claude Dashboards, we can compare segments, spot unusual changes and ask follow-up questions without building new charts by hand.
Say conversions drop in Germany while other markets hold steady. Now we have a specific lead worth investigating. Just remember that spotting an anomaly doesn’t tell you what caused it.
Step by step:
- Set your baseline: Compare the last 7 days with the previous 7 days, broken down by country, device and traffic source.
- Spot the outliers: Ask Claude to rank the biggest changes in conversion rate, CPA and revenue.
- Filter out the noise: Look at session and transaction volumes. A drop from two purchases to one doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem. Check for seasonality, too.
- Test your hypotheses: Compare traffic, checkout errors, product availability and campaign changes. Then verify your findings against the source data.
Your ROAS doesn’t care how pretty the chart is
Motion helps us tell the story behind our results. Command Center brings our data into one place. Trend Explorer flags the changes worth investigating.
A pretty chart won’t improve ROAS. Even the best animation won’t drive more sales. But faster decisions built on the right data? That’s a different story.
So let’s start small, with one report or one country, and see if we can save time without sacrificing accuracy.
Note: Dashboards is currently in beta on Claude’s paid plans, while Motion is available on Team and Enterprise plans.
Become an AI expert in just 5 minutes a day

If you're a decision-maker at your company, you need to stay ahead of AI without spending your morning in webinars, reports, and half-finished podcasts. There is a faster way:
This daily newsletter condenses the latest and greatest AI developments into a 5-minute read. They read the noise, pull out the signal, and explain what actually matters for work, strategy, and the tools your team is already using.

OPENAI: ChatGPT Ads hit a $1B annualized run rate less than 200 days after launch. OpenAI’s engineering post shows how your ad gets in: a custom AI model reads the whole conversation, then shortlists ads by relevance, predicted engagement and past performance for the auction. Nothing fits? No ad. And OpenAI calls that a success.
CHATGPT: Your ChatGPT ads just got a ghostwriter. On October 31, OpenAI switches on creative enhancements for new and existing campaigns. The AI rewrites your headlines and descriptions to fit each conversation, translates text, resizes images and can send clicks to other pages on your site, with no preview or approval. Opt out in Ads Manager.
GEMINI: Bye, pasting hex codes into prompts. Gemini’s new small-business hub saves your website, brand kit, fonts and colors, so later images from Nano Banana 2.1 stay on-brand. It also turns receipts and spreadsheets into financial models and connects to Google Ads, Canva and Shopify.
YOUTUBE: Making how-to videos? Your thumbnail just got a new rival. YouTube is testing answers from Ask YouTube, its AI chatbot, at the top of regular search results for open-ended and how-to queries, with standard videos below.
META: Your next customer might be a bot with a budget. Muse, Meta’s AI agent app, passed 10 million users, and shopping is a top use. Over a quarter of engaged shoppers averaged purchases above $200. Meta wants a cut of those sales and teased shoppers buying by talking to your brand’s agent.
