Looks like Microsoft’s AI bet is paying off.
Money printing in progress: The company’s revenue climbed to $77.7B, an 18% YoY jump.
Microsoft Cloud revenue hit just over $49B, up 26% YoY, and Azure and other cloud services lifted 40%, too.
That’s not just growth, that’s a gold rush fueled by businesses scrambling to adopt AI tools and Copilot solutions across high-value domains.
Your clients are likely spending big on AI ecosystems, so consider positioning your services around them when it makes sense to.
LinkedIn’s looking good, too: For the first time since 2018, Microsoft’s earnings update didn’t mention LinkedIn’s “record levels of engagement,” which is kind of funny.
But according to LinkedIn’s CEO, the platform saw 24% more comments this year, triple-digit video upload growth for three straight quarters, and 10% revenue growth driven by Marketing Solutions.
LinkedIn is cleaning up its act by cracking down on sketchy engagement in the hopes of making organic reach and authentic content perform better moving forward. Here’s hoping, anyway.
By the way, video is shared 20x more than other formats, so short-form videos look like the way to go if you’re not making them already.
