Shopping? On Reddit?
Sure, why not: Reddit’s new Dynamic Product Ads are currently in a public beta, but apparently early tests have shown a 1.9x greater ROAS compared to conversion campaigns.
They come with prospecting and retargeting capabilities built-in, which is nice. And supposedly the placements help you meet customers in their buying journey at the right time.
Sounds like they’re worth testing… as long as you respect Reddit culture.
And speaking of channels, Windows 11 now officially hosts ads in its Start menu. You knew it was coming.
Heads up: Users can turn these ads off pretty easily. Just something to be aware of if you decide to try them. They haven’t been popular among Windows users in the past…
Let’s do it next year: As we mentioned yesterday, Google is pumping the brakes on deprecating third-party cookies… for the third time.
But just because Google is hitting pause doesn’t mean you should.
A small ID5 survey claims 72% of advertisers have already started using alternatives, so…
Delaying moving is delaying the inevitable, especially since Google has disabled cookies for 1% of users.
Last thing: Apple just made Search Ads available in more countries, so if you’re in Brazil, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and the others on the list, you’ve got another channel to try. Hooray.
